I had color in my panel that got changed back to b+w! Given the first 3 panels, I guess I like it better this way. But still.
I hadn't added MUCH color - I'd colored one of the dangling spirals bright green - everything else was b+w. Basically without that my title makes no sense - not that it's supposed to, of course.
I was pretty amazed that this thing had made it to the 4th slice still in grayscale mode. Now I suspect it was probably because the format reverted to grayscale each time the panels were joined. Perhaps that's the only way a fully b+w corpse could ever have been created.
So. How many of the rest of you tried to add some color?

Amazing!, Especially panels 3 and 4....

I overly utilized a photo for my contribution. The section appeared fine to me as a stand-alone image; however, it is pretty weak as a component of a completed corpse. I can assure my fellow players that in the future I will not have this technique to blame when my contributions turn out lousy.
Excellent transition into the last section, dag.

Awesome finish.
Nice corpse.

Very good corpse. And really odd about the loss of color dagfooyo. I was hoping someone would speak up about that as it made me curious when I read it.

Sorry about the color issue, dagfooyo. When the first player submits a grayscale section, I have to make a point of changing the file to RGB if there is color in the subsequent sections. But I missed that bit of color in yours.
Anyway, it's fixed now.

Ok, now that color is subtle.
