The last section seems a bit random, but jakedrews did a good job of the transition. I really like the Johnny Depp dinosaur!

OOh, cool! I love the creature in Fiddler's panel.

dinosaurs & evolution - so maybe not random. Also the red and yellow don't match exactly but picked up with no clues ---

i like jakes shadow people

PatchWyrk at September 4, 2007 8:11 PM

I didn't notice the shadow people at first. They're actually an evolutionary progression series if you look closely.

I'm really happy with the way this one turned out. You guys/gals all rock. I didn't know if my "dino" would look silly or not. As it turns out it looks silly. But that works.

I had no idea those pink things were toes Heather. I copied the tips (the only part I had to copy) and put them on the bottom tip of my berries.

Initially, I went with a sort of "weird planet" idea with an image of the Earth tucked in the nook of the purple shape but then it just looked too much like some of the other Corpses that have had the Earth stuck in. I decided to go simple abstract... I'm glad I did... It all looks sort of Daliesque until the last slice.

I am sort of reminded (I don't really know why since it doesn't look it at all) of the Simpson's episode where Homer ends up in an alternate dimension...

Good job, everybody. I am delighted that I was lucky enough to reintroduce black, yellow, gray, and red to recall some of the colors at the top of the corpse.

jakedrews at September 5, 2007 3:14 PM

is it a dinosaur, or a purple cow? which i've never seen...

obiggie at September 9, 2007 5:40 PM

I for one love your choice of simple abstract mudhooks.

An Exquisite Corpse is a collaborative experiment in the creation of visual art through the tapping of the collective unconscious...
