OK, while I'm sure the mutiny of the CMS has been all sorts of headaches for Phineas, it sure is nifty seeing the different paths these things take.
So far I've been able to both begin and end a mutant corpse. Maybe the CMS is trying to tell me something?

i agree daniel, its nice to see different paths taken from the initial slice... and not just the last panel.
Daniel: which corpse do you prefer? or is that taboo?
I think both of them are very good.

I honestly don't think either one is markedly better than the other. I'm happy to see the water theme persisted throughout; I was a little worried that that would be too difficult a texture to match convincingly, but both skunksarecool and uninspired did great jobs with that.
There are individual elements in each of the two corpses I could call out as particular favorites, or for technical nitpicks -- aren't there always -- but all in all I think both corpses hang together quite well.
