I like the hazy feel, and the transitions are good. I especially like the mother-of-pearl look you created, molitorious.

Thanks, but my piece would be boring without niemand's treatment of the next slice.
I also suffered from pixel flipping on this one (my 1st offense).

I'm particularly impressed by niemand's part here -- nice work!

You mean there is something wrong with pixel flipping, molitorious?
I like the pearly part, too.

I like the serpentine motif running throughout. Even the mermaids have a certain serpentine connection with the dragon.
In other news, can I just ask, or can somebody point me to an answer to the quesion, "what is pixel flipping?"
robertagc at April 13, 2007 3:53 PM
rob: copying and flipping the pixels you've received. the thing i got ragged out for here

Thanks Benny. I suppose that I don't see a problem with it if there is some reason to it.

The bottom piece is gorgeous, tell me, as a new young player. Do you draw most of the shapes and items in these pieces??? It must take some amazing talent and time.

I love this one. It is graceful and such a soft palette. The Mom-of-Pearl is nice. I think the mix of hand-drawn, googled, or photo-tweaked is the mix around here aaon. It is so nice to see a non-violent corpse for a change, too. It is very mysterious.

thnx 4 corpsing with you...
yes it is a mix as Dor said... may be a little talent, but not sooo much :) and a bit technique i got by some practical course in media-design.
but above that all... i just love doing such things
IMHO nearly everyone could do it
