Very, very cool. I love the newspaper that disolves into space.

that turned out...interesting. the dissolving paper thing looked better than i expected, but the neck thing i did looks awful...my fault over there though. otherwise an interesting piece i guess.

Are you kidding me? This looks freaking awesome!
Gorgeous imagery, great transitions, and very Surrealist. Grayjaket, your moon (or planet?) was a very cool idea. I love Jakedrew's metal and all the blue and starryness in between too.

Happy Birthday to me! March 3 was my birthday and that is when this one came out. AND, to make it even freakier, that is ME in panel 3. I do have more hair now. I love this corpse, and not just cause I'm in it or my beautiful wife did it, but because EVERYONE did such a fantastic job. It blends beautifully.
So, thanks y'all. and the titles merged into a cool one, too:
Submersion Fondue
gives me fever
Boom! the moon!
I didn't get to taste the submersion fondue but it sounds interesting.

Okay, jake, I'm looking for your kids' initials and can't find them. What am I missing? Does it have something to do with the numbers?
murfinator at March 5, 2007 9:40 AM
yup
jakedrews at March 5, 2007 11:05 AM
I am so happy with how it turned out! Glad you like it Jester...
Jakedrews, I've looked at the numbers, (they add up to 7 numerologically speaking) but I don't find your child's initials. O Boy game corpses, or wood we call it a dead puzzle.
Greyjacket, I like the way your neck worked out. And I love how the scroll dissolves in your piece.
Jim, you did a great job, too, and you made it so easy with a great slice to work from.
The whole piece seems balanced, planned and the colors really work. ooooo, I love it.

jake: I get it now. 20 = T, etc.

I really like this. It conjurs up memories of Moody Blues album covers.
