An Exquisite Corpse

Welcome new corpsers!

Tood, it took me a while to realize the reason panel 4's style resembles 2 is because you flipped your pixels on the bottom. At first I thought the two MS-Paint-style panels was an uncanny coincidence.

Wish I could have seen what Ann's panel lead to, had all the elements been continued. I tend to really enjoy frame corpses, if by some miracle the frame makes it to panel four.

Fudgedoctor, I can't tell if the wavy lines and rastorization is a stylistic choice or the limitations of your image editing software. If it's the latter, you might consider downloading GIMP which is free and nearly as awesome as Photoshop.

my pixel flipping may have worked better for the whole corpse if panel 2 had been a clear extension of panel 1. i was going for the contrast of the highly detailed beneath the low res aliased surface. unfortunately, i simply made it look like 4 who didn't play well together at all. probably a mistake on my part either way, though.

maybe next time.

WELL. It works for me.

It has a certain je ne sais qua.

Oh Ann, your panel is so beautiful! I really love how stylish your work always is. =) I personally think this corpse looks great as a whole, as well.

dagfooyo- your analysis is right on- thank you for pointing that out, and Shae and Crucibelle, thanks for the charity- it was a strange one, and Ann- very nice start.

Sorry about the quality I was running out of time and I had to do it on shoddy school computers. If I was at home I would have used photoshop.
