OH! wow! this one's quite slick! Neat how it goes from über-simplistic to more complex.

I had fun with this one.

It turned out nothing like I expected, but I like it anyway.

I'm sorry to be the one to say it, but FogBaron's section just looks like a visual summary of Dubya's current Iran policy.

There. I said it.

Phineas at April 21, 2006 7:57 AM

I absolutely LOVE the slash in the middle where it goes from white background to sky.

dagfooyo at April 21, 2006 8:01 AM

Oh man! I just noticed the eyes hidden in the last part. Awesome!

dagfooyo at April 21, 2006 8:03 AM

Thematically it's hard to make sense of this one, but technically it came out well, I think.

Phineas: We think alike.

..."FogBaron's section just looks like a visual summary of Dubya's current Iran policy"

You mean there is a policy?

Cool setup and uptake on the diagonal, vg & fb. It really creates an unusual and strong layout for a corpse.

Love the clean, white opening and the green "shroud of Turin".

aberling at April 21, 2006 8:16 AM

Works well.

Wild........ at April 21, 2006 8:19 AM

Ok. Now that I've looked at it some, I see a meaning emerge. Idle days of riding bicycles, scribbling graffiti, and picking cherries are lovely, but while we were out having fun our feckless leader destroyed the world. Insert quarter, try again.

"I'm sorry to be the one to say it, but FogBaron's section just looks like a visual summary of Dubya's current Iran policy."

Haha! You are right! Nice corpse, unusual transitions, the diagonal line is great and i am glad it was carried on by Fogbarren.

slinkachu at April 21, 2006 8:42 AM

I'm glad it worked out as well as it did - I love the top and the slash particularly well.

Great analysis velocity girl!

Jim at April 22, 2006 12:02 AM

Ivan's green shroudy panel is eerily effective.
I think that GDB's Iran policy may in fact be lacking some of the forethought and sophisitication shown in FogBaron's Diplomatic effort.
Gibber.

I really like what Velocity Girl did with my strip. Nice job.

Quite good all 'round.

doctormatt at April 22, 2006 10:07 PM

I think this is my favourite yet! Great job :)

Ah, a lucky find on This Corpse in History, and truly exquisite!
