An Exquisite Corpse

O_o This came out FAST!

Anyways, my reason for this one was because with my last one, eveyone complained that people should just do hand drawn stuff. So here you go. I drew it without any google images.

That is the craziest hairdo I have ever seen :P

It's actually kind of a shame. from the part I got, it seemed like the background was black, but as it turns out, it was white. oh well, I still like it.

This bear hates movies! Rawr!

Daniel at March 19, 2006 10:39 AM

Ooh, new favorite! And Aaron, the background swap is awesome!

Shae at March 19, 2006 11:35 AM

nice and simple

billporter at March 19, 2006 1:39 PM

negative bear say not...

billporter at March 19, 2006 1:40 PM

I also like how the side of the role of film extends all the way down, slowly losing clarity and focus.

Aaron (kopaka88) at March 19, 2006 2:59 PM

hahaha i love it

kvasir at March 19, 2006 4:01 PM

Wow, I really managed to pick up on the red dot theme, even though I couldn't tell they were red dots in panel 2 from my 15 pixels I go. I also was thinking of doing a filmstrip motif, but I decided not to. Oh well, now I wish I did.

What fun!

Wild........ at March 19, 2006 6:55 PM

wow wow wow! this is so cool. great corpse! i love it!

pipeDream at March 20, 2006 12:16 AM

It's really fun. I imagine the white blob guy is scared of the bear and has panicked, running right into the "camera".

Jim at March 20, 2006 9:22 AM

whats with me and dots anyway??
im sooo glad the negative runs through the rest of the corpse. i tried really hard on that. i have really questionable photoshop skills and i put my negatives together by hand matching each of jim's shapes. sucked. but i really like the outcome. black/white/red is my most favoritest color combo in the world. awesome! thanks for starting such a fun corpse Jim!

cricket at March 20, 2006 10:16 AM

WOW whitespace! I love it and the transition to black - that momma bear can see what too much film (and tv?) could do to little baby bear down there ... it already curls his/her's hair and drives him to sweets -

lilah at March 20, 2006 10:23 AM

Thanks cricket - you did a super job with panel 2. And please call me jake - there is enough confusion around here as it is - ha ha!

jakedrews at March 20, 2006 10:34 AM

oh shit. happy monday!
sorry jake!

cricket at March 20, 2006 10:56 AM

I bet cricket can recognize my forum avatar.

Can't you all see what the film strip is clearly indicating? This is a scene of horror. That bear has chewed the scalp off that white pincachu, obviously not the fittest member of its species. The poor little thing's snowcone has become soaked with its own blood, while Gentle Ben belches bubbles in the background. The horror...the horror...

Cicada at March 20, 2006 11:28 AM

jake: What is CHD?

murfinator at March 20, 2006 3:22 PM

murf - CHD is my one year old son. Thanks for asking. I have included the initials (sometimes hidden/disguised) in all my panels.

jakedrews at March 20, 2006 3:35 PM

I thought it was spelled C.H.U.D.

Phineas at March 20, 2006 3:39 PM

C.H.U.D.s are scarey too.

Cicada at March 20, 2006 4:43 PM

jake: Yeah, I like the way you did that in your first e.c.--Pretty clever.

murfinator at March 21, 2006 7:40 AM

Thanks murf, keep an eye out for more...

jakedrews at March 21, 2006 11:49 AM

Jessica at March 21, 2006 12:01 PM
