Maynard, Maynard...Such good stuff.

I was so excited when I saw the line up of contributors on this one; knowing something interesting had to develop.

I'm very pleased with the way this corpse turned out.

Swallowedbees: That start is amazing. I love the images and color.

Excellent work everyone!

I agree, this is a lot of fun. And the footwear Miroje added to my strongman is awesome. Oh, and I just noticed the little face inside the mask's mouth. Cool.

Wonderfully horrific. It's like the end of the world as a nightmare carnival. You've got to love a strongman Atlas holding up a sky that's melting around him like warm silly putty. The thumbnail of this one looks quite Dali-esque but up close it's its own thing altogether.

Cicada at January 19, 2006 9:01 AM

Oh and that may just be the most cohesive title I've seen yet.

Cicada at January 19, 2006 9:02 AM

Awesome!

And I really love that pumpkin color, especially where it lightens up around Atlas. Need more orange corpses.

Fabulous from start to finish! Very Dali-esque, indeed.

This is gonna give me nightmares.

amyc at January 19, 2006 11:46 AM

Fantastic. This is really evocative of the works of some of the original surrealists. Well done everyone!

Droozle at January 19, 2006 1:44 PM

The strongman is a stroke of genius!

Jim at January 19, 2006 2:07 PM

It's like a long-lost Surrealist masterpiece! The product of a Dali protégé!

Andrew at January 19, 2006 2:10 PM
