This is really really good. It looks like a graphic illustration of the memory of pain. The three faces in this corpse all seem to tell their own story, and the skeleton holds it together, while throwing a theme of death into the piece.

The way I was looking at it, the annotated skelton was being used by the guy in the first panel to teach the barbarian hordes how to pillage. The snake and other chaotic images just below the skeleton show how the ransacked villages will themselves descend into chaos after the attack.
The girl in panel 3 has a kind of Buffy the Vampire Slayer role and must use her mystical powers to stand between us and the impending anarchy. Although he doesn't seem to notice her, she seems to be looking at him with a knows-what-must-be-done martyr-esque expression.

...and it's the superb execution that allows us to concentrate on these higher level interpretations. Excellent work!

Very nice work, partners. Glad to be a participant of this very nice looking corpse.

The young lady in the third panel is actually Kristy Kruger. She's a singer/songwriter in Dallas Texas. You can learn more about Kristy by going to http://www.kristykruger.com. Another shameless plug, but I don't get anything out of it. I just love her stuff. =)
