I love the carry-through of the yellow paint. It's my most expensive encaustic -Cobalt Yellow $38 per small cake, I love the color and thrilled to see it pulled down from the ether apparently, since it wasn't in my slice!

I wasn't sure how pieces of an encaustic painting would work but I am very pleased. There is a waxy feel all the way through!
