It looks like the 4th piece was supposed to work but something got a little off-kilter. I don't think this is the fresh prince it at first appeared to be. Is there enough of the 4th to fix it Phineas? Because the rest was going very well. But is that Janet or Michael in the last piece?

Judging by past submissions by the artist, I believe it is safe to say it's a design decision and not a piecing-together mistake.
