Charlie: What kind of drugs you doin', dude?

Dave's blend from my slice is outstanding! Simply genius!
Hmm...2nd corpse I've been a part of with a dolphin head...odd. And there's that aquatic theme again. This is getting spooky.
I really like how newt picked up the wood texture and pool theme.
Not sure what to say about the final slice...I'm sort of culturally illiterate when it comes to gnomes, dwarves or smurfs.

Ann, what a super cool start!
The rest of it's nice too. Good job everyone.

Unbelievable coolness throughout all the top slices!

Summer fun on the deck! Could not be any better or any more appropriate for kicking off a long summer holiday weekend (with the inevitable return to work)!
Kudos and Happy Fourth of July to all!

Would somebody like to reattempt slice 4?
D at July 4, 2005 2:39 AM
Why? That's the best bit.

hmmm I didn't quite get the flow on this one, nevermind. Give me a chance next one will be better!
charlie at July 4, 2005 12:40 PM
AMAZING start with the desktop swimming pool. totally refreshing perspective, congrats!

Patrick, you would say that as its a dead-ringer for your style of corpsing. But as far as I'm concerned its a smudge and paste rush job that hasn't taken anything from the previous slice, which is surprising considering that the other slice charlie's done so far was a great start to a corpse.
No offense charlie, but I put considerable effort into that slice, Ann's pieces are usually very difficult to follow on from and I can't help but feel disappointed that it was now a wasted effort.

I thought this was meant to be a bit of fun. There's not really any need to be personal. I'm new to this so give me a chance!!
charlie at July 6, 2005 12:17 PM
this is only a game lets not start getting all hot and bothered about stuff. if it's so important to you D then you must be in need of a more fulfilling life or at least another hobby!
bone at July 6, 2005 12:24 PM
Bone, as Charlie points out there's no need to be getting personal there. I stated my opinion and I'd love to hear you actually defend the artistic merits of a cut and paste job such as that rather than a half-decent attempt at a blend, but if all you've got are personal attacks then I'm not interested in what you have to say.
