I was just going to say...is that *really* Vanilla Ice...holding a hair dryer?
I really like this one - especially the egghead up there!
Shelly at July 11, 2005 7:59 AM
yes that is Vanilla Ice, The arm with the hairdryer belons to somebody else.
I'm glad you all approve.
For the life of me I had no clue what the 15px above me was except for the part on the left looked cacti-like.

Don't do it Vanilla! Don't jump! Life still has meaning!

Well, the point isn't to know what it is, it's to do something with it. And you did a great job with what I gave you.
The woman in the first piece was sampled from this photo. I loved the curve of the light through the blinds.
Andrew at July 11, 2005 9:25 AM
Andrew - I didn't mean to imply that I should have known. Sometimes I can tell and sometimes I can't.
This time I had no clue, so I turned the woman's body into Vanilla Ice's hair. I think it came out whimsically wonderful that way.

The curves in the flag in slice 4 nicely echo the curves in slice 1.

Very cool, indeed.
(No surprise that Shelly likes the egg. Har!)

Is Vanilla Ice trying to melt himself? Cool.
Miss Daze at July 11, 2005 11:58 AM
Woo-hoo! Very cool everyone! I, as well, had no idea to what was coming before mine. If I only had googled "sequenced 80s rapper clothes" instead of "robes." (Heh, heh!) Apologies to jazzgillum for giving an unrecognizable slice as well. But hey, part o' the fun! Hope it wasn't too bad.
By the way, has there ever been a corpse containing the 2 greatest minds of the past century? (referring to Vanilla Ice and Einstein, of course.)
Poncho Man at July 11, 2005 12:07 PM
Very, very nice.

Kinda reminds me of the movie 'City of Angels' with the angels up on the buildings. ( This is not to say that VI is an angel!)
Wild...... at July 11, 2005 6:59 PM
Maybe VI will loan AE the hair dryer next...
