Argh! There be pirate wenches and a kitty climbing some guru guy's sleeve to snag a parrot.
The last two panels are a seamless delight. I might like to see this movie.

Damn. Me too, Miss Daze. What do you think it's rated?
Love how (Ian Holm?) is making the international signs for "Psst. Call me."

heeee! "call me" - that's funny. I hadn't picked-up on that. When I first looked at it, my impression was he was motioning to someone that the bad guy was hiding in the shadows.
It looks to be one of those late night movies in which audience members participate. Only with this one, they wear far more original costumes.

you're right! it even looks like frank n. furter up there in the roundels above the stage. also very cool is are the sleeve/curtains. i like this corpse very much. and the title is amazing!

This rocks my socks. It's got a great fluidity of content, particularly on the last two.
I love the piratical pirates! Yarr!
Nate at June 19, 2005 9:20 PM
Pirate guy in panel one is all "Yar, me pirate wenches be the finest bitches in the land" and kitty is like "I want pirate wenches but I can't get past the red tape!" Meanwhile at the theatre during a showing of "Dial B for Booty-call" pony-girl and mistress cartoon are wondering where the audience has gone.

D you did a most excellent job.

Sooo theatrical! All the drapes and backdrops - this is like a continous comic strip! Love it!
Dax at June 20, 2005 7:09 AM
I agree with Miss Daze: Polly may want a cracker; but Kitty wants that parrot!
FogBaron at June 20, 2005 9:26 AM
pirates are not my bag really, but this corpse is definately in tune with the cosmic consciousness to some degree wouldn't you say?
bill porter at June 20, 2005 10:44 AM
Aye!
FogBaron at June 20, 2005 12:32 PM
Anyone else notice a resemblance between the pirate-guru and the screen actor in section three? Uncanny.
