Nice job dumolebrad! Obviously nice job all, but dumolebrad has grounded the whole thing and retained the zen qualities of previous slices. Totally cosmic dudes.

No THIS one is worth putting on a T shirt! The seams are undetectable. I LOVE the giant Posable Wooden Guy!

The first word of that previous post should be "Now".

fantastic
well done all.
I think I need to get a printer and make myself a poster of this
wotty at June 24, 2005 3:09 PM
So does everyone keep higher-resolution versions of their corpse pieces? I can't imagine a poster of a 450x785 pixel image will turn out too nice. But if each of the artists has, say, a 5x scale (2250 pixel wide) version of their quarter, then we might be able to cobble something together by hand.

Gorgeous! This will be a great addition to my printed collection...guess it's time to start building a new wall to hang them all on!
There's a real spiritual quality to this corpse.

reminds me of the end of La Strada when Anthony Quinn raises his fist to the heavens.

The titanium ball-and-socket joint in the first panel is nicely reflected in the articulated joints of the wooden figure.
(And isn't Titan a moon of Jupiter?)
FogBaron at June 25, 2005 9:17 AM
Starting high-res and then saving down to 72dpi (instead of working at 72dpi in the first place) could create offsets that could amount to seams in the low res version.
In other words, when more info is pressed into less info there are pixel losses (sometimes someplace important) and cases where a previously centered pixel must choose left or right.

An Exquisite Corpse is a collaborative experiment in the creation of visual art through the tapping of the collective unconscious...
