Simply WOW!
Sein und Zeit at May 29, 2005 9:04 AM
I want this on my thong.

"she sells seashells with butterfly wings"
best title synchronicity i've seen, especially since there are some actual seashells with butterfly wings on there.
this corpse makes me very happy.

Very cool.
ZachsMind at May 29, 2005 10:12 AM
I agree with the "wow" assessment Sein und Zeit gave this piece.
The flow doesn't stop, and the bug theme is somehow carried throughout, too. I particularly like the strange "paisley" pattern that Dax pulled off from Dave's hazmat team. It's a well done piece.
Good job, all!

That right there is an effing corpse, ladies and gentlement.
Hurricane them all, indeed!
Zeit und Sein at May 29, 2005 10:40 AM
Dax and I have some sort of mental connection, and Im all about shells with wings now.
jmarigold7 at May 29, 2005 10:45 AM
The best ever. The title reads like an old Bob Dylan song and the flow of the artwork is extraordinary!
(also diggin' on the 1950's B horror movie overtones...)

oooh ooooh oooooh!

"That right there is an effing corpse, ladies and gentlement." -- Zeit und Sein
haha, I thought I was the only person to actually spell out the word "effing"!
Nate at May 29, 2005 1:47 PM
"Effing" just doesn't say enough!!
This is truly wonderful.
Wild...... at May 29, 2005 1:56 PM
/me spells out 'effing.' =) It's a new fad. I'm waiting for it to officially achieve curseword status. The first new curseword of the twenty-first century.
ZachsMind at May 29, 2005 2:45 PM
wow. this makes me very "effing" happy... proud to be part of this one.
unapologetic at May 29, 2005 3:46 PM
utterly striking!

I, for one, welcome our new insect overlords.
Phineas at May 29, 2005 6:13 PM
WOW! I have so been looking forward to seeing the final result of this and it was worth the wait!
I wasn't sure I'd left enough in the last 15 pixels for the next piece but jmarigold7's interpretation is just perfect [I can run with the mental connection theory...;)]
Thanks, guys, for making my first corpse great fun and something to be proud to be a part of - can't wait for the next one!
Dax at May 29, 2005 7:27 PM
I've really been quite scarce this month of May but today I keep returning to this corpse because of that giant strawberry in the center. Nice work!

I can't tell you how glad I am now that I left out the speech balloons. "Hey Marv, did you hear something?" "Shut up and help me dump the gloop"
Something about the green and yellow from slice one made me think "toxic waste" and the orange made me think biohazard symbol.
All in all, I'm proud to have corpsed with you guys on this one.
D at May 30, 2005 3:51 AM
3 out of 4 of us managed to include a bug. how strange is that?
All hail our insect overloards!!
jmarigold7 at May 30, 2005 9:05 PM
this is the absolute best ever! amazing, if this were done by one person t would be brilliant but to have been corpsed -Wow!
cristine at June 2, 2005 4:59 AM
This is it... the best of the best.
All of these are amazing, but this one... wow....
