Wow -- the two quotes work together niftily.

Absolutely fantastic transitions! Anathema: your watercolor lily->underwater transition was truly inspired. You totally took control of the snippet and owned it.

I didn't even notice the quotes. That's just spooky.

Wow. That's some very nice corpsing. The quotes matching is a bit disturbing. The middle bits are entirely surreal. I recognize the aboriginal print in the fourth block -- has that been in a corpse before?

Sorry for thew triplepost, but there's so much going on here, it looks like there should be a novelization to go with it! The decent from the idyll into the hell of deep secrets and sins, with pre-Raphaelite influences along the way. Does anyone else see the linearization of the legs as the double-white line of the highway, foreshadowing the hit-and-run that lies at the core of the person's inner torment?

ooh. pretty. and completely lacking in controversy, to say nothing of seams. an instant classic.

Wow! Now that's twisting reality! The seams are almost flawless. The use of color is vibrant and pleasing to the eyes. The use of text is subdued and contributes to the overall piece. The grey nude flowing into passages and roadways as the legs bleed into the entire piece truly speaks volumes more than any words can say. Even the title reads like poetry. THIS is why people keep coming back to Le Cadavre Exquise! Art from many that speaks like one. Sheer brilliance from start to finish! Wow!

a woman forgets her evil past after a car accident leaves her with amnesia. she unknowingly changes her ways and goes on with her life.

at the very centre of this corpse the secret life and dreams of brocoli. No wonder this vegetable causes so much love and hate in human beings...

This definitely one of my favorites, ...poetic
-great corpse for Ophelia's corpse!

Amazing. The bottom segment isn't busy enough in contrast to the rest but over all... very good, if only for the grey nakedness. The business in all the segments doesn't appear busy for the sake of being busy, but busy for the sake of function, I like it.

after what seems like ages waiting, i get to see my first corpse.
i'm pretty happy with it overall, a few things in mine that just don't work. I was sure that skull was a caterpillar, hence the incongruous yellow butterflies. and what looked to me like feathers turns out to be an aboriginal painting
some other things i like:
the winding roads at top and bottom,
ditto for the quotes,
seamlessness of most of the corpse,
2nd panel with Ophelia and the fish! very beautiful

Wow. this is excellent! I hope we have more of this type, the free flowing nature is very cool.
Even though it made me think of the Slashdot troll phrase of 'naked and petrified'. VERY nice corpse guys!

Wow! I am so happy to see this get posted... it's been forever. Also quite pleased with the results... I am loving the blending of Nyomi's top frame with mine. I had hoped that my thinking it was a woman's body was correct (hence my use of Innana's bottom half) so I am glad to see it worked out well. Overall, the whole thing is quite lovely.

Coolness! As Anathema noted, it has been a long time waiting for this one. But I think it was worth the wait - this corpse is great!
Man oh man, what I thought was in Anathema's panel was completely not even close to what it actually is. That was a tough 15 pixel strip for me. I am glad it all worked out so well in the end.
