Funny: Einstein's bowels on a plate.

Funnier: political commentary from Bart Simpson.

Classic: an atom bomb sprouting from the head of its forebear.

Mmmm. Einstein Chitlins (now there's a good band name)

Miss Melanie, can you share the recipe?

I should probably tell you this privately dude, so as not to gross everyone, including myself out, but a Surinam toad hatches it's babies from it's back. As a kid, I ran across an illustration in an encyclopedia and it gave me nightmares. My cousin found out about it somehow and loved to tease me with the picture. He would hold it up and say things like, "how would you like to take a bite out of this?" and I would run shrieking from the room. While polking around for etchings to match to Einstein, I found the drawing. I've heard they taste just like chicken.

I love the idea of the upside down sky.

Amanda, is that an upside down volcano? How did you know?

This is great. Pop culture and political commentary - but aesthetic as well. War, religion, politics, and . .well Einstein and a toad. Along with a gaze into Mel's self-conscious. Quite nice. Is that the Cadillac ranch in the top panel?

Why, yes, that's good old Mt. Hood in Portland, OR.

Yes Charles, along with a glimpse of my crappy grammar, or would that be spelling? Yes I know it’s “its”. All I can say is it’s my Achilles heal, tragic flaw and I.Q. test all rolled into one. I’m as splayed as the frog. OK, being too anal now.

In other news…I don’t know about you guys, but the A-Bomb coming out of Einstein’s head is truly one of the strangest things I’ve ever seen here. And that’s saying something. The last frame is puzzling. Gabriel, what is the symbol? Is it the new brand for Jesus?
