What whimsy! When did we start illustrating children's books!
Another great corpse - congratulations to all. This is yet another I would like to see on a T-Shirt.

Again with the psychic corpsers! Crazy cartoony domesticity!
LOVE the flower pot. Very much.

I'm pretty happy with the simplicity of this one, too...
and I'd want this one on a lunchbox, that's for sure!

Send this one to Cartoon Network -- I think we have the next Powerpuff Girls here!
Very cool, kids!

This one is very fun and nicely handmade-looking. I want to hang it on the fridge with letter magnets.
How many corpses have fish in them?

Fish do indeed seem to be a very popular corpsing topic. Is that some subconscious thing going on, I wonder? Maybe it's beacuse blue is a popular background colour, and the fish just match well, giving water effects? Well done all - that mower is adorable!

The fish in my section was drawn by my good friend Zach Rathbun. I edited and recolored it, but he still gets credit. :-)

I concur with the previous comments: a very soft, trippy-kid's-book-illustration feel to this one.
Also, I too would like to have select corpses silkscreened on my choice of physical merchandise--or at least on my wall. Any chance we could start working at higher resolutions? 300 dpi or so? Generate a web-optimized version for general viewing, but allow corpsers access to the high res files for output? Any thoughts?

There is definately a twisted "Little Mermaid" feeling about this one. And the kitty in the top panel looks familiar. Maybe a fmous children's illustrator? I can't quite place it. I've noticed that female artists seem to work their sections together a bit better - you know, they say women are better with the collaborative mindet and all (not to sterotype of course!)
Also (and agian I know it's a generalisation/sterotype - but probably with some truth), women probably spend more time on average reading and looking at children's books with kids. I'd imagine that has some sort of a subconscious effect. Also it looks like evryone is looking forward to Spring! (hilary - the female patriot on your site is badass!)

That clown purse is soooo disturbing. lol! I really wish I'd gone with my first inclination, which was to make a little aquarium scene. How do you like the wood panelling? heheh... my computer room is surrounded with it. Maybe Charles is right about the subconscious effect. (And Charles, thanks for the compliment!)

if I recall correctly, the cat is from a crabtree and evelyn thingy. it's creepy.
and, note, the first panel, with the children's book feel, wasn't done by a woman, charles.
I'd love to know who the patriot is in Hilary's segment...

I'm fairly sure that the cat in the top panel is actually Beatrix Potter's Tom Kitten.
I like the simplicity of this one too - I'm learning that less is more, in these things.
