you know, you can transform a small pixel slice, stretching a bit of an image like a bit of taffy - anyhoo, it's yet another way to bring that 15 pixels into your section.
and although I'm not John, and for all I know, he could have painted that himself, but I'm just guessing here...

This is the first of my corpses that I've seen. It turned out well. The extension of my shirt was very well done.
BTW, the slash should be after the 'of' in the title.

Heather is correct. I stretched the 15 pixels and then went in close for some detail work on the shirt.
I guess I didn't give Jocelyn enough stuff to play when in the transition. But it was my first corpse, so over all I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
Btw, that Eiffel Tower is from the hotel here in Vegas.

I think Jocelyn's section is awesome as is the segue of the feet of the guys in the chemical shower to DNA. I really like the fact that this corpse isn't crowded with imagery but full of fascinating meaning. How cool that three panels have real words while the last has the "words" of life.

Really a beautiful corpse, folks. I love the progression of color throughout the composition... But what I especially love about it is that the whole thing reads like this great, non-verbal joke. I can't quite explain it, but by the time I've "read" down to the last panel, I'm struck by this great sense of humor. That first panel seems to be all about imagination and reality. The second is about organized emotions and the third's got some emotional sterility going on... But that last panel - whoa! What separates a fish from a pig, or us from either for that matter? A few measely chromosomes, or a frying pan? Pretty heady stuff. I nominate this corpse to the list of corpses that need to appear on AnExquisiteCorpse.net merchandise.

They're not necessarily flipper-feet - they started as chromosomes! It's just another example of the wonderful tricks the collective unconscious can play.
I might add that the face in my section is actually my face, but my eyes aren't normally that far apart...
